Day 01: Arrive Darjeeling
Arrive Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri railway station. Transfer to Darjeeling (90 kms / 2.5 hrs) and proceed to hotel.
Day 02: Darjeeling
Early morning visit Tiger Hills to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchanjunga mountains. Return to your hotel visiting the famous Ghoom Monastery en-route. This afternoon you visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Himalayan Zoo and the Botanical Gardens.Your tour ends with a visit to the famous Darjeeling Tea Gardens.
Day 03: Darjeeling - Gangtok
Today you will be transferred by road to Gangtok (98 kms / 3-4 hrs) the gateway to Sikkim - the last Shangrila. Enjoy a scenic drive through the rugged terrain. Arrive Gangtok
and proceed to your hotel with the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 04: Gangtok
This morning you will proceed on an excursion to the picturesque Tsomgo (Changu) Lake. Enjoy an optional Yak ride around the lake. Late afternoon return to your hotel.
Day 05: Gangtok
This morning you will visit the Rumtek Monastery, the largest monastery in Sikkim and the seat of the Karma Kagyu lineage. Later visit the Research Institute of Tibetology, and a Buddhist Monastery.
Day 06: Depart Gangtok
Transfer to Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguiri railway station (127 kms / 4 hrs)

Day 1: NJP / Bagdogra - Darjeeling

Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing

Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok
Morning transfer to Gangtok (114kms/5hrs), en route visit Teesta, evening free, overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Gangtok Sightseeing
Morning starts the full day sightseeing in and around this capital city of Sikkim, covering Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology Institute of Handicrafts and handlooms & Roomtek Monastery. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: Excursion Trip to Tshongu Lake
Morning start for a half day trip to Tshongu lake (12400ft), which is only 32kms from Gangtok City, Evening free for shopping. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: Gangtok - Kalimpong
Morning Transfer to Kalimpong (78kms / 02hrs), Arrive & check In hotel. Half day sightseeing in and around Kalimpong covering Durpin Dhara, Zong Dog Palri Fo-Brong Monastery, Flower & Orchid Nurseries & Kalimpong Market. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 7: Kalimpong ? Bagdogra / NJP
Transfer to NJP / Bagdogra Airport (70kms/1.5hrs) for your flight to home destination.
